Lookin good man. You have a nice frame to build on. Get on the diet section and check that out if you feel your diet needs work. Lots of experts over there to help you out.
    Keep up the good work.

Why not do a split routine?

    Monday - Chest and Back
    Wednesday - Legs and abs
    Friday - Shoulders and arms

or if you want to train 4 day a week

Monday - Back and Rear delts
    Tuesday - Shoulders and Triceps
    Wednesday - Rest
    Thursday - Legs
    Friday - Chest and Biceps

You can still use your compound movements in a much more systematic manner (and perhaps throw in a few isolation as well to get the best of both worlds )

The workout may need to be tweaked a bit but the diet is by far the weak link in this chain.

I agree with fire guy, diet is the key. Workout is important, but secondary imo. I believe with the proper diet, you can look great without even touching the weights. Get over there to the diet section at the bottom of the main page and start reading asap, you won't regret it!
