you look great! keep it up ... i would like to see you eat more things that used to walk(fish, chix, beef) or things that never had a chance(eggs) and less shakes...

are you on any gear? cause you look more muscular... the tan helps, and man you get a - 2pts for your new choice of underwear(kidding)

keep up the good work - body fat looks the same BUT you look like you put on 10 lbs

MEAT* In my diet consists of Tuna Chicken Breast and fish, no red meat.

Also, the past 4 weeks I WAS on
    D-Bol 30mg/ed
    .5 mg A-dex/ed
    1000mg Milk Thistle/ed
    6000mg Flax oil/ed
    Amino's post work out
    2000 mg Vitamin C/ed
    TONS of protein

Also, I AM STILL ON EVERYTHING ABOVE EXCEPT THE D-BOL

This past monday was the start of PCT

    Nolvadex 40/40/20/20
    A-Dex .5 mg e/d 6 weeks
    625 g/ed Tribulus

I have not noticed any decrease in size or strength, I feel great and workouts are going great as well.

I would also like to note I was advised by many not to do an oral only cycle, but was curious and did so anyway. I was aware of all the possible bad sides and water only gains, but as of yet I have had no problem. I have been a member since December and have been active on this board daily. My goal when I signed up to this forum was to learn alot about dieting/training/aas. I am learning so much and appreciate all of your comments. Please keep them coming, your comments are great motivation!

I have a VERY high metabolism and when I get hungry and need a snack I drink one, I mix it with water so I dont get anything but what's in the powder.

This new Probolic Sr Protein is suppose to be great, I just got it yesterday and have had several already; it tastes horrible compared to many others I have had, also it mixes poorly, but we will see

i like convenience and im guessing you do as well. considering all the shakes in ur diet. ANYWAY what i like to do is make a shake with a variety of protens in it. like half serving whey, 2-3 servings liquid egg whites, 2-3 servings liquid beef aminos. thats about 45g protein per shake. also id take a casein shake before bed. throw in a meal or two with chicken or tuna and BOOM ur golden fast effective meals.

    Again thanks for the comments,

I do add in liquid egg whites with the majority of my shakes.
As for the conveniance factor rocky, yes, i find it a lot easier to drink a shake than prepare a meal.

My shake has a combo of soy/casein/whey + egg whites + Seperate liquid aminos

I do have on average 3 meals per day that consist of veg/meat. My carbs are consumed morning and noon.

For instance this morning I had a protein shake with egg whites, liquid aminos, and rolled oates.

For my second meal I had a tuna sandwich on whole wheat with a total of 12 ounces of tuna.

I am about to grab a protein shake and workout but i plan on having two more full meals that consist of chicken and fish and two different veggies.

I have been trying to add in more natural food as several of you have stated. But again, with my busy school schedule it is sometimes hard to get in a full meal.

Thanks for the comments and suggestions
I should be posting up more pictures of week 7 this Friday. STAY POSTED

Bro's... I Never Plan To Stop

And to be honest I didnt measure anything, not my arms, chest, waist, anything.

I think I might have lost a size and a half off my waist.
Just recently I have been adding more cardio into my routine; I am trying to reveal my hidden eight pack. The top two are getting there and I hope the bottom two are soon to follow. Again, it has ONLY been 7 weeks and I haven't done much cardio, or abs for that matter.

Any area's I need to work on, that are lacking? I will be posting leg pic's this fri.
