I agree with RON...looking great and you can definately see the improvement in the pics...I'd like to see the same pose as the first pic just to compare.

rougly 5.5 months...=) err actually, 4.5 months. been "working out" for a long time, been "bodybuilding" for 5.5 months, joined AR and took the "before" pics about a month after i started "bodybuilding"...so yeah, 4.5 months.

haha, i don't think i'm doing the pose correctly in the before front pic...=/ infact, i don't think its a pose at all...

and in all honesty, i'm trying to hide my chest. despite the fact that my bench has gone up more than anything else (somewhere around 50-60lbs), my chest has grown the least...=/

wow, you just totally made my week...=) but alas i have a confession to make...that pic was digitally edited with photoshop. my "beard" (haha, i know) was cleaned up a bit...

aye...hehe, i knew this would come out. you can't tell in the pic i guess, but i'm a really small guy. i weigh 154lbs at 5'8''. i actually got up to 162lbs once, but decided i was looking a little too flabby. anyways, to answer your question, i had my measurements taken like 5-6 months ago and my arms were 12.5'' then....=/

yes, question: how make chest grow?? heh, i alternate light/heavy chest days now. i.e. one week heavy/low rep, next week light/high rep. my chest is sore for like 3-4 days after every workout, but it doesn't seem to want to get bigger. the only thing that seems to want to grow is my right bicep (ha, not even my left one...

) bah, its just genetics i guess.
