What's up bro, welcome. You can get some info at the diet section, also the probodybuilding.com site has some good diet examples.

Probably 28%? Go to the gym and get a caliper test done.

Good advice warmachine. Just get a good understanding for your diet and workout and then stick with it at least 3 months before switching it.
And for the bf, man it's high now, but just keep doing cardio, along with solid diet and you'll drop that crap like it's nothing.
I've got a homeboy I just got on a solid(not perfect, but solid) diet and he's been nailing his cardio 4-6x a week and weight training with me twice a week and has lost about 15lbs in 1 month. Trust me bro, get serious and you'll get serious results.Last edited by xnotoriousx; 03-23-2009 at 05:49 AM.

You are definately well above 20%. Unfortunately when you are this overweight calipers tend to be very inaccurate. There is no way to get a precise millimeter measurement in areas like the abs and suprailliac. Maybe go with bio-impedence for now. As War stated head to the diet section and read some of the sticky's to get some basic knowledge.

Hey Bro,
Just wanted to give you some positive encouragement by saying I was in a very similar body state as you are just last summer. I dieted, did cardio, lifted and am now down to 14% BF. Just remember there are no miracle drugs or anything like that out there. It's hard work but it is so so worth it. You will feel great too!!
When you get discouraged come back here for encouragement. You can do this man!!! You already have one up on me too.....I was 10yrs older than you!!!
Good luck bro.....slow and steady is the pace. It's not a sprint it's a marathon.

That diet is terrible. I'd have at least some kind of complex carbohydrate in the morning. That is pretty much a 95% protein diet and you'll need fruit and vegetables as well. Read the diet section in some serious depth.

i forgot to add that each meal with chicken has a handfull of veggies with it, but that diet was given to me by someone on the forum.
