Try doing some incline/flat bench flys, but do an inward twist at the peak (palms facing towards you. It gives a little extra peak and has been working great for me.

As far as supplements go, right now i'm taking....

Dude your doing really well, you joined this forum about the same time as me and we are both still natural which is pretty remarkable due to how tempting it is with all the knowledge we have learned .

I remember the day I found this site is was to ask how to use the gear I had.
lol rude awakening, sold it back after the lashing I got from the good guys here and have been learning and getting in touch with myself ever since. Joined about a year ago, i'd say the first 3 months were all trial and error, and then I fell off until about 6 months ago. I'm really tuned in now. Trust me, I want to cycle BAD, i'm just not ready. I still have a lot of learning left to do as well.

Bro EXACTLY the same as me, i brought dbol and wanted to run these. Well after getting my arse ****** inside out i didn't start them.
So here i am still reading and learning, i have my full cycle here waiting "Test E/dbol" but i still don't think my time is right. I am sure it will be soon though

Dude just think though, instead of using them and going from decent to good shape, you'll get your training/diet right and by the time you do run it, you'll go from good to GREAT shape.

Here's his current transformation. I have a hard time with him on keeping strict diet, but he does do cardio like a mad man and he's training hard as hell with me.

More progress pics coming in about 1 week. I've been taking everything to a whole new level and also started taking creatine this week... I think my best shape yet is soon to come.
Awful phone pic, but you can kind of see what's happening here... I'm pretty sure after 2 weeks of supersets and upping cals, I crashed through a plateau... We'll see in about a week.

Nice work bro - looks like your shoulders & Delts are getting some nice thickness. and 10.7% is great! Keep it up! Your buddy looks like he's doing well too - that's hard as hell when you start out kinda pudgy, but the change is very noticeable! That's very cool you are helping him out.

Ok i've been bulking mass ass off.
Eating around 4kcals each day as clean as I can stand. I'm now at 202lbs (my heaviest ever) from 195 over a months time
I feel like i've lost some definition, but that just comes with the territory. What do you guys think, am I taking to much fat? Is this about right? Please give some opinions. I've been so used to the Lean bulk gaining hardly no weight(1/2lb or less a week) and just toning.
