Alright guys, quick update, I know I havent been on top of this thread but I'm going to try to change that.... started morning cardio.... 2 30minute morning sessions right now with ab work before one of them, I'm going to add another in 2 weeks and then start increasing their durations.... also I'm going to begin manipulation of macro nutrients soon, by swapping out my morning oatmeal with broccoli on my non workout days for very low carb days... (roughly 50-60g a day on those days)

Just shaved the upper body and started tanning determined to get a good tan this year...

Quick update, promised some pics, weighed in at 253lbs this afternoon.... and just started dieting hard I ended up doing 3 thirty minute sessions this week as I'm only dieting for 7 more weeks.... I'll be doing 4 30 minute sessions this week and next week will be 4 40minute sessions in the am, and theres where I'll stay... Also Shaved and tanned

Soul, I just read your old old thread on a dbol only cycle.
God what idiots! It was ridiculous how many times you had to explain everything to those people. They still didn't get it... so sad.

Ok well today I weighed in at 246lbs and just about low 9's on the bodyfat scale..... I will post some pics end of this week..
