New diet
Hey guys, some of you may remember my diet thread from last year, well anyway just wanted to throw up a post, I've been lurking the boards and started posting again recently. I'll post pics when I can -very busy- my diet will run 16 weeks from today. Currently I'm 6'2" and weigh 251lbs @ most recent caliper of 13.9% BF(using the 7 point method) however the person who clipped my back isnt experienced...I'll be using an over the counter fat burner for energy mainly during calorie restriction but whatever fat burning benefit it can give me will obviously be appreciated lol. I'll update when I've decided which one. Also morning cardio will commence in about a month, currently I'm doing 4 25minute sessions a week 1 after each workout. That will change to 4 30minute am sessions and 4 20minute PWO sessions, and be adjusted according to my progress.

good luck man i like the way you have divided up your cardio sessions both post workout and early am sessions changing frequency and duration.have you tried your cardio routine like this before it sounds interesting? usually i do 5 40-50min sessions either first thing in the am or post workout and then perhaps add in another pm session at some stage. on my next cutter i will try what you have listed above

Ok, this week pretty much sucks it, Its my scheduled week off from the gym, keeping my diet which means I'll probably still be down about 1/2 a pound...my macros are currently as follows:
Non-Workout Day:
P: 325
C: 100
F: 100
Workout Day:
P: 350
C: 250
F: 100
This will stay pretty much the same until two weeks after I start morning cardio, and ad a fat burner then I will re evaluate my progress and drop some calories...

I will post some updated info on thursday... it was my scheduled week off from the gym... kept a strict diet all week regardless of my time off, and looking forward to legs this thursday...

Leg day was awesome.... weighing in at 249.5lbs.... looks like I'm dropping a little water weight was kind of bloated earlier in the week... feeling good...Caliper check will follow with measurements in a few days and some updated pics next week..

Noticing a significant difference in my appearance.... currently bodyfat as per calipers 13.48... I'll be adding a fat burner in 2 weeks and upping my cardio a week after that....

Quick update if anyone cares lol, My suprailiac reading is 9.8/9.9 if anyone cares, according to the rough estimated based on that reading alone I'm around 11-12% but I know I'm a little higher, I weigh in at 249lbs as of yesterday...

Just started my ephedrine, I'll give a body weight and pics tomarrow.... running 200mg of caffeine 12.5mg of ephedrine and 5mg of Yohimbine HCL....
