body fat % ??
just curious, these were taken before my current cycle so im up some weight right now, but i posted these in my cycle log to try to get some estimates and no one really responded so... anyone?

thanks for your so well thought out "constructive critisism" but ive researched plenty, i see good results with my current diet/training regime, and im happy with my results and my body. i have a cycle log so take a look at my diet/training and unless you want to point out something you see that you believe im doing "wrong" then dont be so quick to say what im doing is so bad.
thanks everyone else for the comments, no one has yet given me a number estimate though, anyone?

I would suggest you have it taken by a professional.
You could be carrying high bf on your back and it cant be seen here.
You would only get an opinion here anyway.
using a caliper is way better.

i'd love to if my goddamn gym had calipers to do it... tried to ask there "oh we don't do that here" is what I got... its fukkin retarded what kinda gym doesn't have calipers... mayb I'll just buy my own

I have to agre with the others.
Id read, and spend more time in the diet section. you look like you would look great with a little diet tuning.
BTW: it looks like your pecker is sticking out in the 4th shot. I dont know if u could post nudes in this section.

thanks, thats def not my dick lol its the tipped over chair in the background, and ive read all the stickys in the diet section already, and ive read so much into diet that its nausiating, trust me. im lean all over except i have stubborn fat stuck on my gut and sides, i tried for a while to get rid of it, got it reduced to ALMOST nothing, but i used to be fat and my gut/sides were rediculously big so it just isnt going away completely. once im off my bulking cycle ill try some new cutting methods to try to completely eliminate it (ive tried almost every style diet ive heard of).... wish me luck

You're looking pretty lean. What I would do if I were you is start incorporating some low-to-medium rep upper/middle ab exercises. You do have some excess fat in your lower abs, but it wouldn't look as bad if your upper/middle abs had some more bulk to them.
That said, I think you could have gained enough muscle mass and lost the fat without a cycle. What are your overall goals?

thanks 4 the advice... my goals are to put on size and get as much strength as possible, a little fat gain is ok with me (although itd be nice if i didnt gain fat) but ill cut up later on after the cycle and PCT, im seeing good results so far, and im doing low/med rep ab workouts 3 times a week, i guess my thoughts are the same as yours that if i bulk up my upper abs itll look more uniform overall, yea currently trying to accomplish that...

If you are doing squats, deads, and other compound exercises that work your core as well (which you should be doing), you really don't need to do abs more than twice a week, although everyone's different.
I would take a look at the diet. I finally got mine straight and my gains were above and beyond that of my first cycle. Eating right really takes dedication. Without it, you're just wasting money on gear IMO.
