my deadlift...
I have begun to train me 2,5 years ago...I have never used steroids ...
what do u think about my deadlift?
it's 205kg x 5 reps....

You lift more than some of the boys on cycle...
Good to see you're wearing a belt, cant even guess how many vid's I see of people too worried about making their video to put on the net and forget to wear proper gear.

lol I always need the straps when I go heavy on last set.
How crucial is it to wear a belt? I have one but don't like to use it.
Pretty good form btw, alot of people say not to let the weight hit the ground, but sometimes I feel a risk of injury when going heavy and not letting it tap the floor.

Looking good I would evaluate your form not enough legs to much back. After correcting you will get a lot more kg!!!

yes i use too much the back...but I do it for choice...
i squat 150kg (330lbs) for 12 reps
