Going out on a limb
I know, I am fat......I am looking for some help.
Currently I am 5 10 and 230lbs and just got done doing an 8 week cycle of d-bol. I was 250.
I was looking to step and up and add something else but not sure where to go from here.
Any advice would be great. Thanks in advance.

You need diet and cardio, not dbol .
What was your dosage?
What was your pct?
Do you work out? If so, for how long?

Thanks for the reply.
d-bol was 40mg a day.
Work out was basic, with barbells.
I do not know what my pct is?
I would work out about 45 min a day and then go for a jog afterwards for about 15-20 minutes.

No need to add something else except more cardio and a better diet. Dbol only is an awful idea, especially for someone with your body type.
PCT is Post Cycle Therapy ...something you'll want to have a full knowledge of before doing any sort of AAS.
Sweat and a clean diet are going to give the best results for now...certainly not an oral only cycle. Someone with your BF% is also much more susceptible to gyno.
I imagine you are looking for help on leaning up? If so, spend some time in the diet section, look into AM cardio on an empty stomach, and look through the picture section of guys with similar builds to yours who have made amazing strides by adjusting their diet and their cardio.
After you drop half of your BF%, you can begin to think about AAS again (but only after totally educating yourself...because I can tell you that if you think a dbol only "cycle" is the answer, yoiu have much to learn).
Good luck in your goals, and they are certainly attainable

I do have a lot to learn, If I already knew anything I would have not ended up like this to begin with so I am here to learn.
Yes, I need to lean up and get back some muscle.
For AM cardio? Get out of bed and go running?
I do know d-bol only is not an answer but that was the only thing that was available at the time.
