Work up to 1 hour cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach with some xenedrine, and then work up to 1 more hour of cardio after your workout. If you follow a good diet and do this cardio plan you will have no problems being lean by summer. By good diet only eat clean food with a mix of PROTEIN, carbs, and fats(supplement your fats from flaxseed, udos etc.)
PROTEIN can include tuna, salmon, chicken, fat free turkey, egg whites, lean steak
carbs can include
brown rice, broccoli, assparagus, yams, oatmeal

I think you have a good attitude. It's realistic. Keep at it and when you hit a plataeu don't worry just do some analyzing and experiment with your diet and exercise. Take it serious but have fun. Look at the longterm affects that come along with diet and exercise and not any shortterm fixes yet. I remember a quote that Ronnie Coleman follows and it just stuck with me. It says-"If you always do what you always did, you will always get what you always got" When you feel discouraged find ways to keep your motivation and attitude such as quotes because I would hate to see you loose your drive. Good Luck.
7am cardio does wonders by the way. no more than 30min. If you are even thinking about any juice with the stage you're at now, I would only consider fina because it helps keep your muscle while you diet down. Your natural progress right now is awesome so keep at it.
