    Talking

This was the initial diet from the diet section, it was origianly for lean gaining, so im just consuming less carbs and fats and using it for cutting. what i do is consume less carbs after midday, as my workout is around 10ish, then i dont store all that extra fat.

    Meal 1-8.00am
2 whole eggs and 4 egg whites cooked in olive oil
    22grams of whey (syntha-6)
    A bowl of porridge
    Pro-60g Carb-70g Fat-13g

    Meal 2-11.00am
    2 chicken breasts
    Brown rice and bbq sauce
    Handful of raw mixed nuts
    Pro-60 Carb-70 Fat-13

    Pre workout 12.01pm
    N.O. explode

Train from 12.30pm till around 1.45pm-2.00pm ( its always hard to leave for me!)

    Post workout (meal 3) 2.05pm
    44 grams of whey (syntha-6)
1 bannana or/and gatorade and sum nuts
    Pro-60 carbs-70-60 fat-13g

    Meal 4- 4.30-5.00pm
Large steak/fish/chicken/turkey cooked in olive oil
With brown rice or sweet potatoe
    Pro-60 carb-70 fat-13

    Meal 5- around 8.00pm
2 boiled eggs, 1 chicken breast and handful of nuts
    Pro-60g Fat-13g

Meal 6- before bed around 11-12pm
option 1- 44grams of whey and some nuts.
option 2- 2 low fat beef burgers cooked with olive oil and cottage cheese
    Pro-60g Fat-13g

    Daily macros
    Pro-360 (1440kcal) carb-280 (1120kcal) Fat-78g (702) total kcal is 3262

    Thanks for all comments guys!

Bubba it looks like you are losing a little mass...I know it is hard to keep muscle and try to lose weight at the same time.....You gotta keep eating like your trying to gain weight and just up your cardio.....You look good but you have lost some mass.......

The way I did it when I was on a diet was to cut carbs for 6 days and on the seventh day carb up...This will inflate your muscles and help you keep some lean mass......Are you taking any supps for your diet?

So on them 6 days you were low carb, did you up your fat intake?

    Im currently taking-
    Nitric oxide
    Whey protien with added l-glutamine
Cod liver oil capsules ( 3 a day)
    Glucosamine sulphate
I eat 1 portion of oily fish a day, and only have carbs in the morning and pre workout. Morning= oats for carbs. Pre workout= b/rice for carbs

I kept my fat intake the same during my diet. I just started at one 30 minute cardio session and after week two I moved up to two 30 minute sessions.

To be totally honest, i dont do all that much cardio, 3 or 4 x a week, its always high intensity, like sprints or circuits/intervals.
I think im gonna bump my carbs up a little and do cardio everyday. somthing like this so i dont get bored (cardio can get...repetetive)

    DAY
    1-30 min run
    2-Run sprint walks-30 min
    3-30 min bike
    4-Bodywieght circuits-20-30
    5-30 min crosstrainer
    6-sprints-15/20 mins
    7-1 hour walk ( outside )

Big 1 that sounds good....Are you taking any supps? I think the best supp to take while dieting is Clen ....It helps maintain your muscles that you have worked so hard to get.....Check it out at www.AA-R.com They are a very good company.

Great idea but Ive tried clen before, to be honest it made me feel awful, i hate that shakey feeling. That said, ive never tried ar-r 's clen, maybe its a little cleaner, mine were russian tablets, ruthless gear!

Try ar-r 's clen it is good. If you are getting to shaky then cut down the dose and you will find that it works great
