    Nice work! Ya look like a bruiser, man. Bf looks like it's comin' off. You remind me of one of my friends who used to be a powerlifter, who, for the last few years competes in bb, in the 190s, at 5'6". I spotted 'im on the bench with 500 before. Well done.

    keep your eye on the prize. Just think abbs wich look good all the time or pizza that for me at least the taste last for about 10 secs lol. Answer is easy. Doing great though keep it up

    you'll be a monster when you cut down

    you have the same body type i do.

    we're lucky - unlike hard gainers, we can put on mass FAST!!!

    keep at it

    edit: my ONLY major suggestion - do light weight form based exercises to seperate and isolate your delts.

    your front delts could use a bit of loving....it'll seperate your chest from your shoulders a bit more. which makes both seem even bigger

    then again, that may show more as you cut down.

    im not going for AS lean this year as last.....

    im around 11-12%ish bodyfat currently about 216lbs....

    i dont wanna cut down as far this year - i find the last 2 years i did, it killed a bit of strength (which isn't everything) - and i dont wanna halt my growing progress.

    i think myself, i've made good changes to the diet, which is really helping me grow

    i think if i got REALLY cut, i'd be mid 190s MAYBE very very very low end 200ish

    I am leaning out. And I have never rounded up baby. 475 aw is my max ever. Now I plan on staying below 400 for my shoulders sake and High rep until I am lean enough.

    I have maintianed 255 for the last week or 2. I am tryig to lose good weight and not too much muscle. I plan on trying to get down to 245 withing the next week or 2.

    Losing weight and cutting becomes addicting once you start dropping like you have. I lost 40lbs over 6 months and I think it was at a healthy rate, one that I will be able to maintain. Keep at it and be strict during your lifting days. Feel free to cheat on off days (weekends). Your body likes the cheats.

    dude keep going. Agreed that you have stalled for a long time now but at the moment you are well your you way. Love handles look much better and stomache over all. Keep trucking keep your eye on the prize. For me I find the more I look at my fat ass in the mirror no matter how much it hurts the better my diet and cardio are. once again great work man!!!

    Yeah camera phones suck. You can actually see abs poking out in better lighting, well with a better camera then a camera phone. At least I have seen them lol.
