Even fatter... well looks like you cant get your diet in check. you have been at this for some time now and show be ****ing stredded with the time frame you have had. You need to find out what is in your way and rid your self of it. If it is a girl friend that wants you to go out to eat all the time drop her ass. pick up some strange lol. fix your stuff man. Nothing to it but to do it

He hasn't been at it for some time NOW.. it's been 3 months about since his first post on this matter... 12 weeks IMO is not going to get him from where he originally started at to FVCKING SHREDDED.. I'd say like 6 months or more.. I have been at it now for about that and in that time frame I went from 240 26% to 227 15-ish% and I do not CHEAT .. I rarely have a cheat meal.. I stick to my appropriated diet.. I train 6 days a week... sometimes 7 ... I am nose to the GRINDSTONE... and after doing that for 12 weeks I sure as hell wasn't fvcking shredded... I am still not there.. maybe in another 6 months I'll be doing alright.. and same thing for GALLIN... it will come around.. when he wants it to...
BUT DONT TELL HIM HE SHOULD BE SHREDDED IN 12 WEEKS TIME.. THAT IS TOO SHORT OF A TIME TO GET SHREDDED IN... Pros who have been doing this for years take 12-16 weeks to get READY for a COMP... this guy is just doing it for his own personal benefit...
That's my opinion anyways...

I have to disagree with you here Deuce.
When I was competing naturally, I would diet for 12 weeks and come in shredded
12 weeks is plenty if your diet is disciplined and training intense.
unless he was like 200 lbs overweight, he should be able to drop what he needed to and come in under 10 %

progress looks good brother, while body building is a lifestyle in itself most of us have real life outside our dreams and desires to be ripped, hulking, greek gods which generally slows our progress in achieving this dream. Keep it up
