there I was 219........... (I'm 6'1")

Right now I am like 238, but coming down to about 225 for pics at the end of this month. Thanks for the reply bro...........

actually, my delts are my best bodypart as people always ask me how to get that "cap" that goes all around. I don't even work shoulders, bench press is enough for me. Natural parts are traps/shoulders/arms.

I can't believe how freakin' high that one guy went up........made me a tad nervous to be honest cuz that's just too damn high.......a joint is about as high as I'ma get! LOL!..

WakeChick, thanks for the compliments........my wheels are on display in some pics @ GotFina.com and on my homepage.

Also, I'm dieting now for pics at the end of this month, so you'll see them yet again, 5 months post win mild SwoledUp run with some LBM gain........should be okay........I do this at times as an indicator of where I am.......I don't get 30-40lbs over my comp weight, just about 10-15 max, that way I can do things like this, and still add mass. I'm not a Lee Priest bulker............
