    18 year old

First time posting pics. Four years ago I was pushing 210 at the same height, with none of the muscle, it's all thanks to you guys! I cut down to about 140 and have been working out for around 2 years.

    Stats

    18 years old
    177 lbs
12-14 % bf (a guess, pics were taken mid day)
    5'8''
Trying to cram down around 3000 calories daily

    Bench 180 lbs
    Squat 280 lbs
    Straight leg deadlift 205 lbs
    Shrug 275 lbs
    Curl 80 lbs (ez bar)
    Shoulder Press 105 lbs
And some other stuff I can't remember...

    Anything I should work on?

I have usually just been using a typical bulking regiment year long, but I am a huge skater so I usually end up not eating enough carbs; it depends on the weather usually. Since I don't live on my own it can be hard to get perfect meals, so I usually try to eat 5 to 6 meals of 500 cals each, with 300 coming from carbs and 200 from protein. It probably isn't the best way to measure it out, but its an easy and relatively clean way to do it. Fat I don't usually give too much of an after thought to, I eat a lot of red meat and milk, I normally get about 10% of my daily cals from it. Staples are oats, whey, sandwiches (2 or more a day), chili, and milk. Seriously canned chili is a perfect bulking meal, they have 4-700 cals and fit a bulking ratio perfectly. Attached is the leg pics I just took.
