Hey dude - awsome work! you do have good genes but clearly you have a great diet to keep the bf low and you knoe your shit in the weight room! props. IMO - i would train natty for another few years - dunno if you have kids yet, but always good to think that thru. When you do cross over you will blow up for sure. So the choice is really yours. Another thing is that your natty test will drop off in the next 5-10 years and then drop like a rock when u get to be my age! (50) so if you hold off a while no harm done. Do the reseach and take care of your body - don't do like some guys and go overboard with the juice and fry your nuts.

Good luck bro - well done!

Dude, NICE job. You have done some good/hard training. Even if you did use test it would be impressive.
I bet you get some GREAT gains when you decide to do a Test cycle.

Looking up when test levels typically taper down with age could be a start. But also gains are determined a lot by the training strategy constantly keeping the body guessing and whole food nutrition outline will be more responsible for your gains then anything else.

Hi TY, IMO i think you should not worry about running cycle before you are 30 and instead hold off until you hit a plateu with your diet and training and when changing the two does not continue your progress then cycle. You look great bro keep it up.

Don't get me wrong bro, it's going to take you some time and money, alot of both, but I think you might have the genes to do it.

Lets not turn this into another race genetics thing.

I see many black and white genetic monsters at every gym I goto.

Man i'd give my right nut to have those genetics though!!!

I'm telling you bro, skip the juice for now, it cost out the ass!!! Instead, start looking at the diet forums as often as you can until you get a good understanding for a bodybuilding diet. That alone is going to sky rocket your gains to another level.

A good start for you would be

Breakfast - Oats and do egg whites with just a couple whole eggs

lunch - chicken and sweet potato

late lunch chicken and sweet potato

after workout always make sure you eat 30 mins to an hour after your shake.

then maybe some red meat, and whole wheat pasta idk, just clean up your diet a little bit, the guys in the diet section will help you take your gains to another level. Good luck and keep the board updated on your progress.

well from the looks of it,never for you.lol
but around 35 or 40,maybe before, maybe later.like mentioned above, keep the body guessin, change up routines, diet etc.even try new supps like glutamine and other amino acids to see how you respond to those ...your a natural beast my friend and dont take that for granted.keep the natural up as long as you can.granted if you did start a cycle youd be pretty darn huge, but then again maybe your bod wont respond to juice as well as others and it might turn out a waste of money.damn bodys are so unpredictable, but like i said, keep the natural workouts and keep up the good work

    TY,
This is a classic case of body dysmorphic syndrome or some derivative of. This guy is in great shape. WHY WHY WHY WHY WHY would you want to take anything? You are blessed, I wish I had your physique.

Iunno what everyone is so suprised about, I have a very similar build to him, although bigger legs, I was 200 (6"1) before I started my cycle at 22. I don't see how it would have been impossible to gain another 25 lbs naturally over 5 years (to get to 27). Just gotta work hard and know what your doing.

By the way good job on your training, but how come your legs are so dark compared to to your body that is fairly light?

Lookin' very good Ty. Nice refreshing attitude as well. Not sayin' you won't be arrogant from time to time, that's pretty hard, but, great attitude at this point. Whatever ya did, ya did well. Genetics.....whatever, may have been a factor, but who cares. Your body fat is low, you're very developed, up top, obviously indicating a level of achievement, not easily attained. As for your future, I think it depends on what your goals are. If your goals are to compete, I would get into it, right away. Get in, and around people, who actually go out, and compete, and can offer up the kind of advice you need. Obviously, there's some on here. I'd start hammerin' out the wheels, if that's your goal. IMO, you look super up top, and that'll carry you a long way, past a lot of others. With big wheels, I think you could take things as far as you wanted. Well done! Good luck.
