    Thinking about a second cycle.

    Hello all, I am new here and I just wanted to share some pictures. I have been working out for around 3 years, Half way through I was getting really into my job so I stopped working out for 5 months. Problem is, I was on my first cycle about 6 weeks before I stopped working out. So the last 4-5 weeks of my cycle, I had decreased working out alot.

    I am debating on another cycle. My first cycle was Sust (250mg) and Deca (200mg) every other day. My PCT was Clomid and Nolvadex .

    Here are some pictures post cycle (About 5 months post cycle) I know, I feel as if I didnt train hard enough.

    I would hit the gym hard natural for a while before doing a cycle. You look like you have good potential to gain some size.

    Your first cycle would do you nothing good, you stopped after 5 weeks? Then the roids haven't kicked in yet.

    You are not ready for cycling, get you diet, training and attitude right before you go to roids.

    Any gains you make on roids, you will loose.

    To high bodyfat, to little musclemass, 1% of your natural potential

    Just learn how to eat first, that will be like taking sterioids.

    6 meals a day, good clean food. When you're in the weight room, lift heavy.

    You want to get big? Try this diet out, and make sure you're lifting with the correct intensity.
    Meal 1
    10 Egg Whites 2 whole eggs - Cup of oats with 2 tbs natty pb

    Meal 2
    8oz chicken, Yam

    Meal 3
    8oz chicken, yam

    Pre W/o N.O Drink 20g Whey

    post w/o 2 scoops whey, 1/2 cup oats in shake NO BANANAS


    Meal 4
    5oz turkey/chicken w/cup of broccoli- Tablespoon Flaxseed oil/Fishoil

    Meal 5
    8oz Salmon - or chicken Broccoli

    Meal 6
    10 egg whites mix in half a Avacado NO MILK EVER.

    When you wake up to piss drink a pro shake.

    PNM, Thanks alot, I really appreciate your advice, I think I will train a little harder for a couple months before I give a thought to a second cycle.

    Beatango, About a year ago I weighed in at 225, Before I was on my first cycle I weighed 180, now im up to 200. I measured bf at under 10% a couple months ago, I think now im at 13.5% Im also 6'

    Van, No I stopped working out as much as I was (twice a day, 6 days a week.) I went down to working out 1-3 times a week, which really hurt me. But like I said before, ill workout really hard for a couple more months before I think about taking another cycle.

    i think you were overtraining..... twice daily , 6 days a week..

    yeah man it seems like you went from one extreme to the next.

    Next time you make a run, aim for 2 days on 1 day off for weight training.

    Try to always keep it at no more then 14 sets for each body part, 8-10 for small parts like biceps and triceps.

    A good split for you to try would look like this



    Monday - legs
    Tuesday - chest/biceps
    Wednesday - OFF rest and heal, it is very important to let the muscle repair.
    Thursday - Back/tricep
    Friday - Shoulders

    Now for your core/mid section, just work it out 1-2 days thru the week after your workout. Also try to throw cardio in the week no less than 2 days to keep the fat from adding up.
