Egg white omelet salt and pepper or my favorite Molly Mcbutter Cheese flavor or butter flavor, these seasonings are made with partially hydroginated soy bean oil which is said to be just as effective at killing you over time as cigarettes same as coffee creamers non dairy but damn are they good.Just use salt and pepper you'll be fine.Land O lakes now makes a couple of different flavor seasonings like these awesome too but the ingrediants do not say there made with partially hydroginated oil.Wegmans carries them.

I grease the pan with walnut oil"All the *****'S YOU NEED FOR 1 DAY ARE IN 1 SERVING leaving no puddle.I'll put 1tbs in the pan cold wipe it all over with a paper towel then wait 4 min on medium heat so the eggs cook as soon as they hit the pan.Has a good flavor to it too enjoy..Easy for omelet flipping too.I also like to add seasonings to the middle just before I flip it over.Italian seasonings little bit of salt and pepper then once it's out of the pan I add my Molly Mcbutter cheese or butter flavor on top.Banging bro you'll love it.

Olive oil is the best. I fry everything with olive oil. I know a lot of people say cooking or frying with olive oil causes it to lose its benefits but it's all BS.

http://www.oliveoilsource.com/cooking_olive_oil.htm scroll down to the temperature chart below.
