Question Can you guys... Help me out...

So I got this here caliper... the sheet that came with it says I am 18.1% BF...

I then take same said caliper and did the Jackson/Pollock 3 Caliper Method.. it measures the Chest, Abdominal, and Thigh in MM to determine BF% ... THAT METHOD said 17.04%

From these here pictures that I am going to attach can you tell me which one is more accurate.. PLEASE AND THANK YOU BROS !!

    Stats:
    height 72"
    weight: 230 lbs.
    arms: 17"
    neck: 18.5"
    abdominal: 37.5"

Really it seems the only place i still have fatty tissue is on my gut and lower back (lovey handles).. and a lil bit on the chest... mind you at one point i was in PEAK condition.. years ago... accident = depression + unhealthy eating = immobile = FAT A$$ CONVERSION from bodybuilder to fat bastid at 305lbs. 40% bf

So after 18 months back at it.. I have accomplished a lot.. still got a LONG WAY to get back to what I was when I was 24... OBVIOUSLY !! but.. The point now.. is... what am I now?? Any ideas brothas ???

Thanks again for your time !!!

It takes some practice to get good at them. Learning to pinch fat and not muscle along with it and or not just skin is important in getting accurate readings. If you too far out of the ranges I listed she probably needs to re pinch that area.

I have no idea. To be honest, my best advice is to not care what a measuring device tells you. Go with gut instinct & how you feel about yourself.

People ask me about lifts all the time. Who gives a shit what i can squat or press. If I was a power lifter. Different story, because my whole game revolves around numbers.

Same principle I apply to bf%. I look at myself in the mirror naked and go from there. If it seem like I am holding more fat, then I make the adjustments to my macros, and cardio times.

I ran numbers through this calculator thingy I found on the net where you input the numbers in MM and ur age and weight and it spits it out to the hundredth, with numbers for total fat .. and Lean Body Mass... kinda cool actually.... lol.. i thought anyways !!
