June last year to June this yaer, why i do not have abs i dont know. but im going to start working extra hard to get them, really that as my goal when i started cutting and im not there AHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! but im gunna start training them hard again and recommit to doing cardio

yeah chest is laggin everything i do works shoulders and tris when i try and hit my chest, now im going wide and really tryin to get it, main Concern is still the abs dunno why there not there. starting weight was about 195-200ish right now im about 175. Tryin to be shredded at 165

im bodyfat is about 12% my limbs lean out 1sst and stomach last,
A typical week for me is lifting mon/wed/fri. I do Shoulders/Back Chest/Tri/Bi and then Legs
500-700kcal below maintainence start high go low.
I do Submission wrestling 4-5days a week as cardio but u could get siliar results doing empty stomach cardio or PWO cardio for 30mins.
whole foods all clean no garbage.
I eat 5 meals a day
8am 12pm 4pm 8pm 10pm i do higher fat in meals with no carbs.

Looking good!My back routine is wide grip chin ups 3 set of 10 feel the lats get'em hot, then heavy pull downs 3 sets keep the work on the lats try and pull with the bottom of your lats.Imagine your elbows are connected to the bar rather then your hands.Then start your back routine with heavy dead lifts and take that bar to the basement with a cautious approach but take no prisoners on this exercise the weight is essential for extreme back development keep them knees bent.I just started doing heavy deads again since I've been in my best condition and it's instilled within renewed vigor to start hitting the weights hard again.I can't wait to carb up bro this ride only gets better and better!!!!!And don't worry about the abs your time will come.Get some!!!!

from just lookin at my back id say i look about 10% waht do u think?
im actualyl about 12-13 though i think maybe loss not sure, my body stores fat differently than most
