    Progress

    Wow keep up the good work your progress is great. It takes great dedication to get down from what your before pictures were. Did you say what your diet was like i would be interested to see what your daily intake was. Keep up the good work you give me hope to get my BF% down to get rippped.

    Amazing, obviously the program you are working is perfect for you with teh progress you have made. What is you diet like will you post it?

    Thanx guys really apprecieate it!!!

    Diet is simple.

    I eat every two hours, and consists of a piece of lean protien (Turkey, Fish, chicken) and a side of green veggies.

    Every sunday i eat all i want and consider it my cheat day. hen monday back to the usual.

    I also didnt do any cardio for those that are asking what type of cardio i did.

    I just workout really lite and do tons of reps. (15-20 on each set).

    Great transformation! It looks like you have really hit the cardio and got the diet in check. Tren does not hurt also, but then again it is easier said than done and you got it done so congrats.
