My 8 week progress so far..
Hey guys.
Been out of the gym for all winter, and ate like a pig.
Been dieting kinda good and hitting it 5 times a week.
This is what i have accomoplished so far.
My goals for this year is to hit 7-8%. what does it look like im at now?
Do u guys think these are good results for 8 weeks??

That looks great for only 8 weeks after being off all winter !!!

hard to tell just from that side shot, but I would guess 10-11%

yeah thats around what im getting with the calipers.
Starting weight was 226, and was getting a reading of 23% bf. im now 193.
I know these next 4 & bf are gonna be the hardest. i thnk ill be able to do it in about another 4 weeks hopefully..

Well im curerntly runnin sus 500mg/w, and Fina 50mg/eod.
I just threw some lion clen in there, and im 10 days into the clen.

The size of your arm is unreal when you compare to the before pic.

Oh btw, what is your diet like? What kinda split are you doing?
And how much did you reduce calories(i.e. If your maintinance calories are 2,500, how many calories did you cut from the 2,500)?

Thanx guys, u guys are great.
My diet is simple. I eat every 2 hours and it consist of some type of lean protein (extra lean ground turkey, Fish, 99% fat free chicken,etc) and a side of Greens like spinach, brocoli.
I wish i could get more into detail on the calories and so on but i dont really count much and just go with the way i feel.
I keep the carbs super low, maybe about 50 a day. Theres some days i feel really weak so ill throw in 1/2 cup of oatmeal or brown rice as needed.
I do this diet 6 days on and on sunday i eat everything i want.

man that's insane for only 8 weeks. It's almost hard for me to believe because it looks like you've gained mass but hard to tell from the pics.

I'm sorry man, I congratulate you on that, and it looks great and everything, but I just can't buy 8 weeks.
500mg sust, 175mg of Tren , only 10 days of clen , no T3, and a good diet to get you like that in 56 days? I dunno, maybe it's just me, but I don't see that as possible haha. I do believe it's you and great progress, but that's gotta be an older picture.

Hes using Trenbolone ...
These results are great and ive seen them Multiple times when using a Drug like Trenbolone, so yes i believe him.

Honestly there's absolutely no reason for me to make stuff up. But the fact that u don't believe it took the time it did must mean the results are good. So thanx. I make transformations like this one every summer, since I always quit in the winter. This time though I'm going all the way though. Thanx for vowing and comments guys. I owe all my knowledge and and results on this great site. U guys r great!

Yeah if you went from pic 1 to pic 2 in 8 weeks, 2 little months then you have your body figured out completely.

seriously bro, it doesn't have to be a huge dose to have a good effect and if he is sensitive to low doses/has his diet in check/trains properly then what he's done is attainable in that timeframe, difficult yes, impossible, hardly

What people dont understand is is that i really didnt make this huge transformation.
All i did was lose the fat covering my muscles, which in turn makes me look that much bigger.
By losing the fat, and keeping the same amount of muscle i had, it makes me look like i got soooo much bigger. I really didnt!
Everybody always goes for these crazy doses, and forgets what diet could do for you.
This was all diet, i just used the juice so i wouldnt disappear muslcel wise.
But ill tell u, i definately didnt get any stronger throughout the 2 months since i started, i just melted the fat away.
I see sooo many people at my gym that would look insane if they dropped in bf%, but theyre so obsessed with strength and getting big that it will never happen.
The original post which i started on april 15 with the before piture is in the members pitures forum. I originally was gonna post a picture every 2 weeks, but felt it better to wait till i made a beg transformation to post.

No trainer in the world is gonna have u do, what u could do, when you want something bad enough!!!!
I think the people on here that year after year have not met the results theyre after yet, just dont want it bad enough yet.
