Appreciate it guys.. I am hard pressed.. I really and truly give it my all.. Yah i slip in my diet every once and a while.. I will get a craving.. and well.. eat it.. Oddly enough the craving is usually FREEZE POPS.. and Ill eat like 5 of them.. but hey at only 25 cals and 11g of Carbs.. I do not think 55 grrams of un-needed sugar throws me too far out of whack from my diet to be truthful... OBVIOUSLY IT HASN'T... Look at the progress I have made in slightly under 6 months... RIDICULOUS AMOUNTS OF PROGRESS !!!

New Pics from TODAY August 18th,2009 !!!
Everything is starting to pull together... Loving it, FINALLY ON MY WAY BACK TO WHERE I WAS All those years AGO !!
HERE IS THE BASIC REAR DOUBLE BICEP POSE- Note that from previous Pictures My back wasn't as DEFINED.. I am noticing that my right Rear Delt needs some catching up..
And he is the typical MOST MUSCULAR POSE...
And Finally... The FRONT DOUBLE BICEP.. You can DEFINITELY Tell I am packing on SIZE.. from May to NOW...
For a quick comparison... Here is May's Front Double Bicep...
It's Amazing what 12 WEEKS and a GREAT Diet can do...
Basically just seeking some opinions on the PROGRESS...
What is Lacking the MOST..
Where my Strong Points are..
And Most Importantly AM I TRACK FOR WHAT KIND OF PROGRESS THAT I HAVE MADE IN THE 12 WEEKS... Or should I have seen MORE than I did??
THANKS BROS !!!

Nice Thanks guys, Yah I am trying to catch my Chest up. Started a new and revised Chest Routine as of Yesterday, it's actually the first time my chest is actually sore after a Chest Workout in probably at least 8 weeks. I implemented BODYWEIGHT Dips... 4 sets, 25reps, 20reps, 15reps, 10 reps. ALSO started doing PUSHUPS.. Back to the Basics I figured. So I JUST banged out set of 50.
That was the Warmup, then I went to Flat Bench BP, Incline DB Press, Flat Bench Flyes, and Advanced Plate Load Incline Bench (It's a plate load MACHINE that my Gym Has) Total number of Working sets was 12- Not counting the Bodyweight Dips and Pushups.
Anyways, since I am sore I am hoping that that is a GOOD SIGN of GOOD THINGS TO COME !!

Hey deuce - lookin good man.
I was having BIG problems with my chest and this routine REALLY REALLY helped me.... next time you switch it up.... try it.
-Incline bench 1st (dumbells every other week)
-flat bench 2nd
-incline dumbell flys but keeping the weight horizontal instead of vertical like regular flys
-Pullovers (laying on bench)

Pullovers really?? You know I have NEVER EVER EVER EVER Done a PULLOVER in MY WHOLE ENTIRE LIFE.. Not One Rep.. Not even a half a rep.. Not even by accident...
Is there like a YOUTUBE video I can scope out to check out Technique?? Since I have never done it. I probably will not do it correctly.. I mean I have seen people doing it but.. I never gave it a thought.. HERE'S WHY !! I have never seen a BIGGER Man doing them.. it's always been a Female or, a small High school kid.. so I just figured they were a useless exercise...
Kinda like a Snatch.. I can not see in a million years how I snatch would build any MUSCLE tissue. I know it's an Olympic Lift and all .. but.. I just see nothing BUT INJURIES coming from something of that nature...
Im probably wrong on that also hahaha but hey what do I know...
If I WERE to start doing PULLOVERS... should I use like an EZ-CURL bar?? Or a Lightweight Dumbbell??

New pics looking good! keep it up man. My chest never seems to stop growing fortunatly. I do pushups here and there and that seems to keep it moving in the right direction. Just once in a while ill pound out as many as i can in a row and it keeps my chest full.
My "basic" routine is something like this.
Heavy- Incline dumbell press for 4-5 sets.
4 sets of medium weight flat bench.
3 sets of cables
and 3 sets weighed dips to failure.
That usually gets me sore each time. If i start getting to that point where i cant get sore ill take an extra 3 days off with chest and change the whole routine and Switch my order around.
Well anyways looking good man. You have come a long ways!

Thank you !! I hope the hell it isn't the camera.. I hope it really is... I have discussed the issue with a bunch of people and they all say give it time and it will return to its NORMAL state.. mainly because I WASN'T That fat for that long.. like less than two years I have been walking around with fat on the midsection.. soo.. I am trying to remain optimistic.. I still have a lot of work to do before MAY hits.. well it's the 29th in MAY so basically I can call it JUNE. But I think that gives me like 38 weeks or something like that to PREP for this COMPETITION...PLENTY of time... PLENTY of it.. I think FIREGUY told me like for the first COMP you ever partake in.. start the Prep 16 weeks out, so.. that still gives me 22 weeks to add size, cut the fat I have left.. and get ready to rip it up for the contest come MAY 29th.
Oh and YES, Lol that is the NEWCASTLE STAR ... and MOTTO.. HAHA... the things we do when we are 19... yah when I had it done, I was so PRO-NEWCASTLE beer...that I went to the tattoo shop and was like.. PUT THIS ON ME MAN.. it serves as a three fold tattoo.. 1. Newcastle is the one and only beer !! 2. This is The One and Only Tattoo of it's kind in existance..3. I am THE ONE AND ONLY !! So yah, haha.. I don't regret it.. just wish I hadn't put the stupid star there.. because now it just messes up anything if I ever wanted to get a full back piece done... oh well..lol.. we live and learn, and i swear .. if the BODYBUILDING judges look down on me for being tattooed I am going to be really upset.. I don't believe they should matter but from what i hear, they doi... i guess it takes away from the definition of the MUSCLE.. don't ask me how.. sounds like a load of crap if you ask me. That's why I am hesitant to get anymore work done... but I LOVE TATTOO's but I am trying to build a career in Bodybuilding..sooo I am all like ahhh what do I DO... do I risk losing a couple of places because I am inked up.. or do i stop now and pray that the spray on TAN covers them so they aren't even noticeable..

The pull overs are just the last thing i do on chest days. I usually use a 50lb dumbell..... i can go heavier but i felt a twinge doing them once so i'm just being careful. Start with 45/50lbs and go back slowly LOL.
If i find a video - i'll post the link. You've seen it done tho..... when you go back - make sure you feel the stretch in your chest. It's almost like when you first started working your lats..... learning to pull with them instead of your arms..... same with pullovers for the chest

I'll definitely have to give them a whirl next chest day.. I'll subtract out cable crossovers... because I HATE THEM ANYWAYS... And give a 3 set.. 10 rep run of these PULLOVERS... Hey can't hurt right??
