hard to tell from a flexed picture, we need relaxed photos.
and since you already got it checked I can only assume you are asking this to get your EGO boosted.....guess your little suspension vacation didn't teach you anything.....oh well
12%
and OH GOD MAN!!! tighty whities are for OLD MEN !!!
-
07-27-2009, 12:09 PM #7
id say 15% and you look a lil flat

Very lean but I think you could still harden up quite a bit from here.

Yes this is, VERY GOOD !! but you are not ASKING us for our opinion of your bodyfat % because you don't know it
you are asking for your EGO STROKED because you already know it....
and seriously.....get some fashion sense... tighty whities???....really???? OK
well the 12% was just cause you are flexed......ok, i will go 9%
what do we win if we get it right?
-
07-27-2009, 12:26 PM #13
7-8%.....

It's a very nice "full look" you have. With some water and carb manipulation you could really harden up and start getting some nice striations going. The front kinda dominated the back a bit as well. Back and hams could use priority attention next time around. I am getting very knit picking here BTW, great job overall.

I needed to build my quads which I did. With the running and biking I have planned for the rest of the summer my hams will be more active than the quads over the coming months. Yes, the back needs work, especially the lower back but long bike rides definitely work the area.
