Calves 4 days out
Almost done!!!
No pump either.Last leg work out was Wednesday last week.Just started Mike XXL Shit loading today.I have a feeling I won't look as dry as a real competitor thow.As for Bog ol legs man that guy really did his home work I'm in no way shape or form even close to that type condition I say that cause he's doing a natty comp and I'm comparing my condition to a natty competito.But this was all trial and error and I learned a great deal from the experience and I'm only getting better for it.Last edited by dedic8ed1; 08-05-2009 at 08:16 PM.

yeah dude. I just compared my 1 month pic and i made pretty good progress and my make shift diet is still letting me loose bf but its gonna have to get cranked up here soon

I don't know .To be honest I feel I'm working too hard and not educated enough for the final phase of contest prep at this point.I know I have the discipline to put the work in but using trail and error takes time and serious patience.For instance I've been using Mike XXXL shit loading protocol and I don't feel it's for me.It's not over yet but I feel my body fill's out better using just beef all day long with the shit loading the following morning.Againg tomorrow's the day for pics so we'll just have to see how it goes.

There's this mom and pop shop near me that's been on TV and is pretty famous for there home made pies and there all great but they have this cranberry apple pie with these little crunchie things they put on top that I like so little bit of that and some pecan pie should do it for breakfast.Lunch feels like IHOP then later the best will be my Fathers home made gravy that I've deprived myself for the whole 24 weeks.Heavy fats mild carbs and high protein starting Monday the bulk season begins with the post diet rebound to make things interesting.I'm gonna pop this winter but not blow up like a tomato.
