Before and after

22lbs gain. Was a great run overall. This is before....at 6'2 238lbs

and after at 260lbs.also put 1 inch on each arm..not a super difference but im happy thus far

thats a pretty noticeable change there.

Youre looking much thicker and fuller, delst are great, arms certainly bigger, nice traps

238 to 260...nice....

IMO you look like you had some good gains...but i would'nt guess you at 260...but then again the pics are a bit hard to see.

I'm 5'8 and currently 207...when i'm done dieting i'll be 180-195...so 215 with 6% is my goal...

look great, how are the wheels and abs?
