Head to the diet section and get that fixed first. This would appear to be your biggest problem, up your cardio significantly and stop taking month breaks. Get those 3 things in order and you should start seeing results.

I would shoot for 45 minutes of cardio 6 days a week to start.

It basically boils down to how bad do you want it?

Work hard, read read read, work work work. You will get great results.... You can get the shape you want in 6 months, or it could take you 6 years to get it.

Push hard. Cardio daily or every other day at the least and eat clean.

All the information is at the click of your mouse here to obtain it.

    Good luck bro.

It say's your banned?I don't believe in doing abs at all until the bf%is very low.A lot of people do obliques and over time loose the tight waist V taper that is the most appeliang look for a tight condition.Let the diet, cardio do the work.

Allow me to retract my previous statement.I don't believe in doing obliques at all .Building muscle on the sides of your abs will not provide the V taper so desired by well myself.Diet and cardio is the best exercise for getting tight.Your rite though he is low in bf%.
