    What once was 330

    I joined the board a while back wanted the "Quick fix" did lots of reading and came to the conclusion "there must first be cake to ice" that said I started baking.

    I was 6'1" 330lbs at 22 I am now 6'4" 228lbs at 24. Yes I grew, I did not hit puberty till 19 I grew about 8" after high school. I never lifted weights in high school. I transferred to a big 12 school my Jr. year and started playing rugby and eating food outlined in this forum, I owe my life to this forum.

    This is just the beginning.
