Show pics.......opinions?
These pics are from my most recent show. I'm the guy in the "turquoise" trunks. Questions, comments, propositions, and threats are all welcomed.
Thanks

Very nicely done!! You destroyed that class. Everything looks pretty good to me. If I were a judge and you asked what you could improve upon I would say your arms could use a tad more size and maybe the shoulders too but it's not like they are glaring weaknesses by any means.

Like Fireguy1 said you destoyed your competition...your hams are ridiculous. Look how much more solid you back, hams, and rear delts looked compared to both of your competitors...good job bro!

Also, I really like his structure and symmetry. He still has nearly 20lbs to gain and remain a Lt Heavy, anything more than that has a chance of making him appearing blocky.

At 5'7 you can do some major damage as a Lt Heavy. No need to even consider moving up. I am 5'10 and compete Lt Heavy as well, did a show this weekend and weighed in at 191.8. Even from there I dont see myself moving up a class. Took me 15 years to get from middle to light heavy!
Anyways, very well done!Last edited by FireGuy; 09-28-2009 at 11:46 AM.

Well done, hams look great !! Posing could be a little better maybe, little un-level in the back double, but again well done !!!
What weight do you bulk up to ?

Thanks man..........I usually walk around these days at about 210lbs. I've been as "big" as 240 when I was in college. Unfortunately, I didn't look nearly as good as I thought I looked (I was fat!!.) I don't really believe in "bulking" anymore......I follow a consistent nutritional plan year round.

You definitely blew away your competition. Your current look is my goal, but I'm a long ways off right.
The only thing I would change is maybe ease up on the tanner a little, especially on your face.

Just curious.........what qualifies you to critique someone's stage color? I've competed a number of times and won numerous overall titles. I think I know what works for me. I'd appreciate if you kept your silly comments to yourself.
PS: Thanks for complementing me on my physique.........since that's what I was looking for feedback on.

If anything he could have been darker rather than lighter. Dont believe me, ask Reed. He got knocked down a spot or two his last show for not being dark enough.
Not sure why but the tanning dye is always of strange fascination to people who have never competed. I can show people albums from my competitions and they will make a few comments about training and diet then go on and on and on about how dark you are.
