    body fat estimate?

    Currently my stats are 6'1 245...just wanted to see what body fat estamates were on here.........(update...have droped to 237...got measure at 17.5%)...here's a new back pic to gauge progress since..the back pic was the best lighted of last time.....

    if that is about accurate , then i have about 193.5 of lean mass and will have to cut down to about 220 to get my goal at 12%. That would be ideal. Thanks for your input

    also depends on your legs. i don't know how people give BF% without seeing the full body. people store fat in different place.

    you need to post better pics my friend to get a more accurate estimate. i.e. full body shots

    20% looks fairly accurate to me as well. If you drop from 245 to 220 you should count on losing a bit of lean mass and a good amount of water weight as well (which shows as lean mass). I would figure the lean number is going to be closer to 180-185 on a 25lbs drop to 220.

    Hard to tell with those pix, I'd say in the 20-22% range. Your legs look a bit more defined than your upper body, maybe due to the picture quality, so I'm not completely sure.
