    You look great and your back is really thick. The only thing I could say is that your legs look like they need to be increased a little to go with your top half. Your in amazing shape though and I can only wish to get to your shape someday.

    thanks bro for the advice. i really want to know do i have the shape to compete. but before i compete i want everything from head to toe to be spot on. since i feel my body responds good with about anything i wanted to try a cycle and see the outcome. thanks again so it looks like ill be heading in the test prop direction.

    I think your chest and traps could be bigger...
    You know you need to do legs.

    Chill for a week

    Start another solid bulking diet

    Do all homework on the test prop cycle you're planning

    Run that cycle bring up your legs along with everything else

    Hit the damn stage!!!

    thanks bro. this diet i tried did make me lose some weight but it served its purpose. 8 to 12 weeks i will be posting some more pics after i finish a bulking diet then i will be taking a walk on the aas wild side lol.
