    Update Pictures for Okinawa_Power

    These are my updated pictures since I started PCT and diet......My BW is steady at 198 as of this morning. I don't know what my BF is.......I have 4 more weeks of this diet and hope to drop down to 190lbs.....Let me know what you all think....

    2 cardio session a day at 30 minutes each. Just started this on Monday......It was just 30 minutes a day before that.......

    And like i said before screw the scale!!! You would rather that number stay high than go down,this would dictate you are hanging on to more lean tissue!!! Your lookin good though PROPS!! BUT YOU WILL STILL NEVER BE AS TALL AS ME!!!!!! LOL

    You are carrying some serious muscle there Okinawa. Bring that bodyfat down to around 10% and I think you will look bigger and better. Very nice work!

    Bass and Monster87 thanks for the comments. I would like to thank Bass for all the information he gave me about S4. Monster87 thanks for all the information you have given me.

    My best lifts to date are:

    Bench: 405
    DL: 545
    Squat: 495

    These lifts were all on PCT.....Less than a month ago......I will post my best lifts after 3 weeks on cycle....

    These are all one and done type lifts.......

    This sounds like fun!!! Let's have a competition.....All lifts must be video taped and posted on this website or Youtube.......How many months do you need to do your best lifts? Let me know.....And the loser has to buy the winner a bottle of Clen !!!! LMFAO!!!!!!

    You look way more than 200lbs....... Im 206 at same height and not near as thick and not even close to having them wheels you got???
