    personally i find it much easier and cheaper for me to do High carb, i wasnt jumping on the band wagon, i have experimented alot in that past 2 years and it seemed to work the best for me. personally myself i dont like fixed %'s because they haven many flaws, like if someone needs 5000kcal and u give them 40% protien i mean my god thats like 500grams of protein thats ridiculous IMO.

    I like the idea more or less of eating for LBM
    Pro .8-1.4 grams of protein per pound of LBM or close to desired LBM
    Higher end of that when cutting to maintain positvie nitrogen balance in the muscle

    Fat. .25-.4 grams per pound of LBM

    and fill the rest of the energry needs with clean whole food carbs

    This is what has been working for me, and saving me lots of money and i dont have horrible gas all day long, and my lifts are at an all time high

    AJ: I added some carbs and am liking it so far. Energy/strength is slightly better, but mentally, I am much happier eating carbs. I have to give it a few more weeks to see how I react but I hope it's well. If not, it's back to gas all day
