    New and a few pics.

I posted these up in the new members section but figured I'd toss this up here as well. Thanks for reading.

    Hey everyone.

I'm 25, been lifting regularly for 6 years or so now.
Had a little setback a year or so ago - getting back to where i'm starting to get happy with my progress again.

    I'm 6'0 around 190lbs. I attached a few photos of myself.
Any comments feedback would be great.

Carrying a little extra padding at this point - and I hate my biceps. While I'm ok with their strength size is something I've never easily added to them.
Chest and shoulders are my best lifts.

and yes I love Superman, and no I don't want to shave my chest.

Not a bad base at all.

What does your daily diet look like?

Also, how does your week look at the gym?

    Thank you xnotoriousx -

Diet is clearly the weakest part of my routine. I don't eat poorly, I just am not as consistent as I need to be with it. I've spent a lot of time reading over the Diet forum, but I haven't found what I need yet.

I eat a lot of chicken and whole grain rice / turkey or chicken sandwiches / I use a lot of bison meat, in tacos or whole wheat pasta.
Much of my diet has been fashioned after the abs power diet from menshealth. This is really what I need to focus on, and I know it.
I suppliment with OP's protein shakes, their 2:1:1 recovery with maxiwaize after my lifts, fish oil, cla, multi.

As for my lifts I lift one major group a day, once a week - lift 5 days a week.

Chest - Heavy bb bench press or incline press (bb or db) as the main exercise

Back - Pullups / T-Bar Rows as main focus usually

Legs - I have recently increased my leg efforts - db walking lunges are my new favorite. hack squats / machine squats / heavy leg presses.

Shoulders / Traps (sometimes these are on back day)

    Arms / Forearms / Abs

Back and tris are good. Maybe work on chest and shoulders?
