    I dont have a current pic of my legs, i have gained 2 inches since this pic...



    I have been really trying to work on my legs - just got to squatting 315lbs for 8 reps.

    im the same way (ectomorph that is) im 6' 190 12%BF and im on trt, what is ur cycle?

    Thanks - Yes, but in the pic only prohormones at that point. I did probably about 4 cycles of prohormones (4 week cycles) with pct - this was through a combination of stupidity and availability.

    anyone recommend a good leg workout then?

    This is what i do now:

    Squats 4 sets, 6-12 reps
    Leg Press 4 sets, 10-15 reps
    Leg Ext 4 sets 10-15 reps
    Hamstring Curl: 4 sets 10-15 reps

    I do calves in a different session, every 7 days.

    First just want to say you look good. As for your leg workout I would get rid of the leg extensions and put either front squats or hack squats. Also you are not doing enough for your hamstrings....Do some stiff leg Deadlifts and maybe lying hamstring curls or standing hamstring curls.....If you really want to shock your quads and hams throw in some Walking lunges.......Just my .02

    It changes alot but this is my split right now, its a bit weird i train maybe about 10 times a week. I do quads and hams every 7 days. I do abs and calves every 3 days. I take 1 day off every week. Then I cycle through the following bodyparts:

    Chest and Triceps
    Back and Biceps
    Shoulders and Traps

    It works out roughly over 7 days that I hit all muscle groups twice except legs which I do once. Sometimes I split my workouts so i do one bodypart instead of 2, then i will do the other in the evening.

    Thanks everyone for the nice comments.

    I will definitley do lunges from now on, i used to do hack squat but the gym i am at (temporarily) doesnt have a hack squat m/c. I do deadlifts on back day - have never tried stiff leg deadlifts - i'll look into it (always thought it was a potentially dangerous exercise?) - again i used to lying hamstring curls - the gym i go to is not all that good at the moment but i am stuck with it.

    Thanks... that actually happens all the time - at first it was great but now its become bit of trip hazard

    Around 8% would be a better marker.

    Can't see any glaring weaknesses. Maybe emphasize shoulders over traps a little more. 11-12% sounds about right. Good job.
