New to the board
Some pics from last year. First in Feb about 4 months of training after recovering from surgery. Second a few months later in the middle of a bulk cycle. and the third 3 or 4 months later trying to loose the fat. Will be back at it again after recovering from the next surgery. Any comments welcome good and especially bad. We all need criticism to improve.
Peace and Power,
Mack

Thanks pecs and chins. Broke my right femur in 4 places. Titanium put in the whole length of the bone. The asshole surgeon that did it didn't put in the locking screws so the bone rotated about midway down my thigh. Have to have the rod removed, bone sawed in half and a new pin put in. Another nine months recovery time. Really SUCKS!

Critique...ok i can critique, but not much!
It looks like your weak point is your Chest and obviously i'm not going to say shit about the legs, given the surgery!
I say your weak point is your chest because with the tremendous shape and size of your shoulders/arms and traps, your chest looks good, but not as "big" as I would have expected.
Now i'm not near as big as you, infact i'm carrying a hell of a lot more fat right now, but My problem personally is my chest. It has to be my worst bodypart!
My shoulders and arms are my strong points, espeacially my tri's.
Now dont get me wrong, your a big jacked mo'fo! *and i dig the tatty*
The one thing I do like about your chest is the symetrical shape and cut to it! That makes me jealous because I doubt I'll ever see a line like that on/in my chest! LOL
Anyway, your f*kin' huge!!!
It is obvious you bust your ass in the gym!

Kunip, Thanks for the crit. I agree. Chest is weak. It's bigger in the 3rd pic but hard to see because I took it myself in the mirror. Hit em hard (trust me) but I guess that's me. I see guys with huge pecs and nothing else. Just got to do what we can with what we have I guess.

I agree...gotta do what we can with what we got!
My chest sucks, along with a few other body parts which shall remain nameless! LOL
Thick man, Thick! And yeah, you can sorta tell in the 3rd pic...but it's got some "interesting lighting" which keeps the pic from being seen clearly...ah the price we pay when we take pics ourselves On an up-note...it makes your shoulders look freaky!

Nice bro,
I feel your pain with the leg. i had a rod put in my left femur about a year and a half ago. I put a .45 Glock hollow pt in there. I had 3 surgeries, so I know how ya feel, Hang in there it does get better! I swear! Popped my screws about 6 months ago, so I had another surgery. I completely blew out the femur, Basically nothing there but bone fragments and bullet. Long year for sure, but I'm in better shape now than I was before the accident. This site has really helped me get through some tough times. There are a lot of good bros here.
Good luck

The only critism I have is your V taper. Maybe its just the pictures though.
Good work Mack looking forward to seeing more pictures of your progress in the future. I do have a request for a photo; I would like to see one of you in a shirt.
If you have any questions just ask maybe I can help out but it looks as if you know your shit pretty well!!
Damn good job

Thanks to everyone for all the encouragement and the welcome to the board.
Jdawg...Sorry to hear about the leg, sounds like you are on top of it though. I always look at it like it could have been a lot worse. Especially when I see someone without one. So I guess we have to make the best of the situation. But I hear ya bro, it really sucks to not have your wheels. And in your case be thankful that you didn't blow out your artery and bleed to death. How did it happen if you don't mind.
Terinox..

Training since highschool...seriously about 5 years ago with a year down for the leg.
Juice...3 cycles, pretty weak 1st was Sus, then Sus, Deca , then same as second but threw in 20mgs a day Dbol for 4 weeks. Did some growth after first recovery to help with the joints. Like I said nothing to big.

Shoulders looked jacked as shit in the third pic. Looks like you got a wicked burn on your back in the 2nd, is that from a tanning bed? I get burned everytime I go in there. Looking good man, I agree with the rest though to bring up your chest a little. I find when I switch to more dumbell exercises my chest blows up, but its alot more fun to press lots of weight on the bench.
