    190 Bench
    230 Dead
    200 squat

    Also for reference 5'6 you can be as low as like 120 and be healthy according to BMI Index, 155 is high. Obviously doesnt account for muscle mass.

    Well sean sherk has always been my hero 5'6 155



    But I'm guessing his walk around weight is more like 165, I can write my diet out but I don't have my macros calculated.

    yea he actually went got his own blood test and had full documentation of what he was on that slighly (waaaay less than an actual AAS cycle would) and ufc wouldnt hear his argument.
