progress pics from 9 years of lifting
guys, PLEASE BE NICE i have never posted pics before so just looking for some corrective critizism... I know that i would like my chest to come out a little bit more than it currently is. first pic is of me when i was 19 and had been lifting hard for about a year. i was 5'10" and about 175lbs. rest of pics were taken today, 227lbs still 5'10" any guesses to bf%?? i have done about 8 cycles, currently in week 8 of 12 week test/tren /mast cycle. sorry in advance for the pics being taken where they were, lol. thanks for anything that you have to say in terms of where you think i need improvement.... just looking for overall "good shape" look... powerlifted in college 4 years ago for about 2 years. comments?

Very nice look, good combination of size, shape and symmetry. Gotta bring up the legs to match though.

Nice work man and you seem to know what works for you and as you say your chest is the only minor issue which isn't really anything major to be honest. Good gains in 9 years man.

There are a lot of factors that come into affect when doing cycles.....Just because a person has done 8 cycles does not mean that they should look like a pro......If they didn't eat right, train right or get enough sleep that would affect the outcome of their cycle. Lets clear up the misconception that the more cycles you do the better you should look......
Besides we don't know what cycles he has done....His first 7 cycles could have been cell tech, Nitro Tech and Halo.......

thanks for the POSITIVE comments guys.... i've tried cycles that have not worked out for me, done things incorrectly, ect... i honestly didnt think 8 cycles was all that much, but everyone has their opinion and needs to share i guess.... im always trying to improve and learn, just like the rest of us...

saying he has ran 8 cycles means nothing. he has a great physique and has made some great process. he looks better than a lot of guys here.
Before bashing him on how he looks understand the whole situation. He didnt say he was run professional BB cycles. for all you know he was running very low doses. The pros look the way they do because of genetic ad the large amount of AAS they use

thanks again guys... the way i look at it is i put on a SOLID 50 pounds in those 9 years.. and of course the first 2-3 were trial and error, mixed in 2 years of power lifting which you guys know is TOTALLY different training, diet, ect... so i am proud of my progress this far. and for those asking, most cycles have been test between 500-700/wk for 12 weeks mixing in some tren /winny/mast/and deca once. NOT ALL THOSE TOGETHER EITHER, lol, but thats what i have done so far. my arms are entirely tricep from the powerlifting, cannot get my bi's to budge for the life of me. my arms are right around 19", mostly from tri's. thanks again for the positive comments guys, and no not looking to go pro BB but have my own personal goals i have set for myself...

Looking great! From the pics it looks like your shoulders are rolling forward abit making it seem as your chest is narrow, same problems here. Started working with a BB trainer and he changed my chest workout changes came almost overnight. I changed from power lifting also, its amazed me at the differences in form.

You look great man, i'd do anything to look like you. Unfortunately i'm a VERY late starter and i'll be an old man by the time I get to your level.
