Update - I worked out some numbers, and from what I gather my BMR = 1926.7, TDEE is 2650. So I should be primed for fat loss at 2200 cals/day, assuming what i'm eating is all good. This is the cleanest i've ever eaten, very low carb, etc. so I am hoping and expecting to see good things.

Based on my results, I will up the calories to 3000 in February and see where that takes me. I will also be changing up my workout routine at that time to include some or all of the suggestions from your previous posts. Fingers crossed!
