looking good! i would like to see the narc diet just to see what it looks like? I'm cutting in about 10 weeks. But like I said looking awesome, props

thanks little herc,will post it--was a 40/40/20 split at 600 back of tdee on off days and 100 back on workout days--which im embarassed to say was really only 2 days a week--didnt do legs--hate legs---although i do them half assed now

appreciate it---that was from feb 09 to june 09---bfor that i drank at least 10 beers a night for like 4 yrs straight----this sight helped me get educated and motivated as bfor had no idea how to eat---also aint drank since starting---yay

What did you do withing this time period to get to were you are at now? Did you do any cycles? Any clen or other fat burners? Diet? Dying to know

Whatever the number is isnt all that relevant, what counts is you obviously put in a ton of hard/smart work and it shows.

i was cutting at 2100 on off days and 2700 on WO days--coming off the cycle ive since learned i should of raised cals by 200-400 to support the the muscle i put on---seein how my natural test was suppressed afterwards

but from the pics i think between 8-9% ud be sitting at comfortably, presuming the rest of your body follows overall lean suite

nark is a diet guru on the boards here.
700 back from tdee= 700 cals short of his caloric Total Daily Energy Expendure (tdee)
if he used 3000 cals doing cardio and daily activities etc he consumed 2300cals of food. neg calorie intake is the key to fatloss. hope this helps
also MG well done man.
i know nark keeps you at maintenance cals for w.o. days. with that said how much and what kind of cardio were you doing on w.o and non w.o days to drop that much fat? thanks

Beauty mate! Nice to see someone put in the work, and get their just desserts. Was this just using the diet Narkissos provided? Or were you using anything else as well? Also, do you know what your BF% was before the cut in pic #1?
Regardless, end results are inspiring and impressive.
