7 Week Bulk Cycle Upper Body Pics
Hello all....I have been doing a bulk cycle for the last seven weeks. I started at 202 and now I am at 216. I am starting PCT and Clen so I plan on cutting at the same time. I hope to get down to 200lbs at 8%. I need some help with my diet!!! (TOP/FireGuy/Narc) Critique away!!!!! Please give me your honest assessment!!! Thanks!!!!

Honest Assessment-I wish I had your genetics! Your back is sick looking, you and Ty were both blessed with very nice low lat insertions. Chest, delts, quads all have great shape and size. If you are at 216, I think you might need to dip a bit below 200lbs to hit the 8% mark. I really hope you decide to get focused and compete one day, you have all the tools needed to succeed.

If I have to dip below 200 to hit 8% I am willing to do that!!! Maybe one day FireGuy I will get focused and compete. There is a contest coming up over here in July 10 that I might be interested in. I am going on a deployment that will take me out of the net for a month in Feb, but I plan on running a 12 week cycle from Mar-Early Jun and then do a intense 4 week cut and compete in the comp. Thanks again for all the advice and truthful commments!!!!!!

There is no way you're anywhere near 20% bf. 12-14% is my guess.

Thanks Skeldno....My diet consists of 350gms Protein, 500gms Carbs, 125gms of fats.....I will post up what I eat in a day!!!! I am still trying to put on size so I am eating like a ****ing horse right now!!!! I will post pictures towards the end of May!!!! Want to really shock everyone with what my plans are from End Feb-May!!!!!!!

You look like the Hulk man, but your belly is kinda strange, swollen almost. I've heard the expression "steroid gut" before and maybe that's you have

Yep, I have no idea what it is......I have been told because I lift really heavy weights without a belt so it is pushing my stomach wall out. I also have a belly button hernia so that is another problem with my stomach.....But don't worry it is not from taking steroids or HGH (I wish it was from HGH).........I have yet to run a real AAS cycle.........
