    some newer pictures

    I just took these today, I havent posted pictures in around a maybe 2 months... since I just stepped out of my house and into the gym I have been doing lots of cardio, I also have diabeties so I am on a low carb diet where I only eat them when I wake up and before/after workouts....BF% guess??
