    to bulk or cut?

    im 35 yrs old i weigh 200lbs im 5 11 . I was wondering if i should bulk up some more before i cut? thanks

    You running any gear now?

    If so how much? and what?

    I'd say cut. Get those abs showing. Me personally, i love to clean bulk, and if i ever loose my 6pack, i will cry. I'd recommend cut. But you have some nice size. So good work.

    IMO id say a clean clean bulk. defiently can never have to much muscle haha.

    i agree with getting that 6pack. it will make you look bigger...or go with a clean bulk, what ever it is good luck and keep us posted...

    Sorry to hijack bro, butt, number28, your from NY? How is it. Im in australia but i wanan move to NY, worth living there? Hows gear there?

    Sorry now back to the thread. If you on gear now, and at high doses, the BULK until after your PCT. Then when ur test levels are back, cut for 4 weeks then start bulking again. In 4 weeks i can loose 3-5% BF.

    thanks guys. looks like ill be doing a clean bulk. can anyone give a rough estimate of how many calories i should consume a day for a clean bulk? Im all natural only thing keepin me from anything is its rough on the hairline or i would jump on in a heart beat. im lookin into hgh and maybe anavar seams pretty safe for the hair. Charlie Sheen lol thats a first. Rose lookin good how tall are you and your weight? thanks again everybody.

    you can clean bulk on 4000cal easy. clean bulking just refers to what type of food your eating. Clean bulking is STRICT, no cheating. So no sweets, white breads, low gi foods, sugar, etc etc etc. Keep protein high, my sweet spot is 400-500g protein, 400 g of carbs and 150g of fat.

    And for a cut i do the same thing and drop my cal to about 2500. But keep protein way high.

    haha, cheers bro, . Im ~6' 3.5" and ~253lbs. Im currently bulking, so im a bit bloated and a bit of fat. 2 months from now, ill have a 8pack and veins threw the roof. .

    Add more muscle, then when you cut you will look twice as ripped. Your pretty big now, but more muscle never hurts

    Why do you have to do either?? Whatever happened to slowly adding muscle and slowly eliminating fat at the same time? You have a very good look going right now. I dont see a need to make a drastic swing in either direction. Just keep on slowly making progress, you will end up looking better in the end. Sorry, this "bulk" or "cut" mentallity drives me nuts sometimes.

    Thats what i said, clean bulk. So over time as you put on muscle you will loose the fat. But you will never get down to 4% or so BF without some serious cutting. But unless yoru doing comps, then thats not needed.

    i say just go with however your feeling

    if you feel your a little to high in bodyfat then do a cut

    if however you fell comfortable with your bodyfat, then do a lean bulk

    either way your looking pretty good, well done

    dude unless you got a high paying job in NY i wouldnt move here. summers here are nice (by the pools) but when it gets really hot the city streets downtown smell like trash and shit...all over. winter here sux shit and you only get a hand full of good spring and fall days.
    the change in seasons are nice but i can only take 2 weeks of winter.
    the beaches here dont compair for shit to where you live.
    i would move to a beach town in FL or Cali if my wife and kids wouldnt be opposed.
    NY is a great place to visit tho..
    anyways hope this helps...
