    Bulk.or.cut???

    Shall.i.bulk.or.cut..all.over.the.place.at.moment. ...dont.know.what.to.do!!!!please.help...

    stats:
    6ft
    216lbs
    21yrs.old
    all.natural.so.far
    training.on.and.off.since.sixteen.ut.training.hard .for.last.8.months

    got..iranian.test.enanthate .on.hand....was.wonderi ng.if.i.should.start.this.at.250mgs.per.week.for.1 2.weeks.or.up.it??
    have.proviron .on.hand.and.was.thinking.of.hcg .and. clomid.for.pct....any.advice.much.appreciated.

    your bf is a little high.
    You dont need a cycle.
    Your also young.
    Too many of your muscles havent quite developed yet.
    You are going to end up completly out of proportion if you cycle.

    Im Serious bro.

    ^ He's right.

    You have a nice base, but the arms are way out of proportion to everything else. Cut down to 195-200lbs. Wait a year, then consider 500mg of Test cycle.

    I agree ur arms are pretty huge compared to everything else. I would try to get everything equal all natural but I agree with everyone nice base but if you get it down solid you will be grateful you didn't jump on the sauce to early.

    i would have to disagree. i would clean bulk, then cut weight for a cycle. imo

    IMO, clean bulk from here, add cardio in 3 days X 30 min or so for a slow fat drop and fuel to build. Bf guess around 17 that's not bad. Ur in a good position to build sum muscles.

    Not lean at all if you ask me. However you would not look proportional with a cut. I would eat at maintenance calories and add pwo cardio for 45 minutes each day. Keep a day break after chest and back. Because your small muscles are way out of proportion, it leads me to believe that you are not giving your big muscles time to repair.
