Thanks LD. i used to never lift heavy but now strength is up so here my numbers on these exercises. Icline bb 2sets 225lb 15reps, 275lb 1set 10reps 315lb 1 set 8reps. incline db 1set 115lb 1 set 12reps, 125lb 1set 10reps 135lb 1 sets 10reps 145lb 1 set 10reps. flat bb 275lb 3sets 6-10 reps.
