Follow my latest cut
For those of you that remember, I got pretty ripped on my last cut which ended Jan this year.
For the last 3 months I have been clean bulking trying to pick up as much mass as possible, while trying to pick up as little fat as possible.
I am now starting a new cut and will post pics to track my progress.
Feel free to criticise, leave comments or ask any questions.
The first 2 pics are the results of my previous cut which ended Jan this year.
The last 2 pics are the results of my clean bulk which I took yesterday.

IMO, keep bulking. You will probably end up looking exactly like you did, 3 mos ago, if you begin your cut, now. Don't get me wrong, you are def thicker, but some of that will be lost. 1 or 2 more mos of bulking would net greater mass gains. It's your body / your life, though. That's just my $.02!

I'm sure you want to look good this summer, so just cut. You can start bulking again when you get back from summer holidays.
You look like you're holding some water, you're on cycle right? what are you running?Last edited by Kiki; 04-04-2010 at 04:47 PM.

What was your BF% before you started your bulk? Just trying to gauge how much bodyfat you put on in the 3 month bulk. For the most part though, i agree with the above posts - keep bulking for another couple of months and see where you're at - just pay alot of attention to bodyfat gains.

Some new pics. As you can see I picked up quite alot of bf% on my bulk. Cutting is going well though.. I have been losing fat steadily.

I was 8% before I started my bulk. I went on a few days binge after my cut, before my bulk, because I had been cutting so long that I just let loose. I put on about 3% bf during that bing, and then an additional 2 % during my clean bulk.
I am going to cut for as long as it takes now to get to 6/7% because I am very uncomfortable at my current bf%. I know some guys think I would look better a bit bigger, but it's my own preference to be more cut and not to big. I feel much more comfortable with average size build with very low bodyfat.
I didn't cycle during my clean bulk, I only ate large amounts and supplemented well. With my bodytype it is easy for me to gain weight, it is alot harder to lose it.Last edited by ADB007; 04-11-2010 at 09:34 AM.

Here are some new pics I took today. Sorry for the quality.. I will be using a better camera this weekend.
My cut is going well. I'm keeping my gains from my bulk and losing bodyfat at a good rate
