Last time I checked they were a little over 18 and a half. I am starting to cut now I will post pics of the abs before the cut. I want 20 in arms by the time I am 26 years young lol.

Here I am before my cycle even started and my diet and lifting where shitty due to the party life. I will post more resent pics up tonight when I get them. I am a lot more full in muscle and more ripped. Diet and not partying plus a HUGE roll lol. Thanks guys

nice size. how old are you? yeah i gave up the partying life a long time ago and it makes a huge difference. guys always ask me how i can do it, not goin out on weekends n drinking. it all pays off in the end bro!

I am 24 years old. Ya taking the weekends off at first was ruff but I got use to it fast. I guess I am the DD for all the times my friends drove me home haha.
