    Leg pic. Only been training em for 6 weeks.

    Only been training my quads for 6 week. currently on cycle and size went from 23.5 '' to 25'' so far.

    I seem to be genetically gifted for calves so i dont train em.

    stats:
    204 lbs
    5'9.5
    14% BF
    2nd cycle, so far 4 weeks in.


    25'' quads
    17'' calves

    My lifts are weak....still having trouble controlling the exercises....6 plate legpress x 10 and 275 squat ATG x 7

    How do they look?

    Wait what.....You ONLY started training your legs 6 weeks ago and your on your second cycle? lol.......................lol....................

    Should have been training those bad boys from the get go!!!!!!!! Now go pound some heavy ass weight!!!!!

    By the way....17" calves are not genentically gifted!!!!! If they were over 20 inches and you did not train then they are gifted....Hit those ****ing weights...

    They look like they're responding well so far. Keep training them and you'll see nothing but good results. Also, from training your legs, you'll notice that your weight will go up as well.

    your legs look decent considering the time you put into them.

    I do 9 plates, 9 plates on legpress and squat pretty decent. My legs look like crap (almost like they've never been trained before) and i've been working on them around 5 months.

    routine is squat, legpress, reverse leg curl, leg curl, deadlift.

    wanted to focus putting mass on my upper body. gained 35 lbs and kept 30 in my upper body. now that im on my second cycle im up 10 pounds but i have a feeling my legs are drainning all the weight....

    thanks TYL. started taking armidex and liv52.....acne is definitely improving but ill keep some nasty scars behind my shoulders...after this cycle and pct im going heavy on accutane.
