    Before and after pics - Diet - plus want some advice

    Here are my stats

    26 yo
    180-182 pounds
    about 11-12 percent bf ( i think)
    5'7
    training for 5 years

    Just recently starting going hardcore

    here is my diet ( i cheat a lot but only "tastes" of things , plus, im not competing)

    430 am -
    Pancake made with

    1/2 Cup egg whites
    1/2 cup oats
    1 banana
    3 splendas
    1/4 cups of sugar free syrup

    730
    30 Gram Protein Bar
    about 7-8 grams of fat

    10 am
    1/2 cup oats
    24 gram scoop of whey protien
    3 spenda

    1230-100
    Protien Shake

    30 Grams of protein
    banana
    1/2 cup organic soy milk
    1/2 cup water
    1/2 scoop of carbolyze carbs

    snack
    2 rice cakes
    2 tablespoons of almond butter
    2 tablespoons organic spread strawberry

    4 oclock

    6oz chicken breast
    2 slices of 12 grain bread

    7 oclock
    protein shake with 30 grams of protein
    1 banana
    1/2 cup of soy milk

    I would like to drop about 5-10 pounds of fat. What should i do ?

    first pic is after the holidays( i know disgusting)
    2nd pic 3 weeks ago
    3rd pic is tonight

    currently in week 2 of 12 week test e cycle 500mg wk
    parabolan e3d with test for 3 weeks
    then going only test until the last 6 weeks were im planning adding 50mg winny ed and tren
    also may combine t3 with all that

    WHAT DO YOU GUYS THINK

    look a little higher BF then 12 % I would say about 18 at least. Second pic you looked quite a bit leaner. The winny at the end of the cycle will certainly help you strip some fat.

    Agreed that the 2nd pic is by far the best. Could just be the lighting that's making all the difference, but the abs are visible. You have a good base though.

    Any recommendations?? Cycle. Diets. Any contructive ideas are more than welcomed

    i dont understand why you are running para for 3 weeks, then stay with test only, then finish off with tren ?

    para is tren remember, stick with it til you finish your cycle.

    thanks, might have to do that . I just thought that tren cycles lasted only for 8 weeks
